We have a small semi-self sufficient farm in the Beechmont Plateau high above the gold coast plains and beaches. It has a glorious average temperature of around 22 degrees celcius and summer evenings are cool enough to sleep easily. A big log fire warms us in the winter. For the last 4 years we have been WWOOF hosts and enjoyed the company of many people from all over the world. We have chickens, goats, turkeys and two adorable cats.
I should say some people think we don't know how to spell 'echo' but the name of our farm is an Italian word 'ecco' meaning 'it is here'... ie You have arrived (in paradise we think!)

ReplyDeleteYes Scott the beer rant had to go... i gave luca 3 months to make comments on a topic he constantly talks about... but he refused.. i begged, i pleaded, i even offered to type as he dictated but that boy just won't come to the party
